Our philosophy

The Colombian Way’s principal objective is to plan your trip in a way that lets you experience and enjoy the daily life of Colombia. We will never take you from location to location just to say you have been there, we will help you to truly see Colombia rather than just look at it.

You will experience Colombia rather than just be there. You will live and breathe with the Colombian people, you will go home having been touched by their warmth, friendliness and joie de vivre. We want you to take a little bit of Colombia with you and carry it with you in your memories for the rest of your life. We want you to feel a connection to the country, we’d be delighted if you were to come back one day.

We are Europeans and we want to offer you clarity and integrity, we want to make it easy and pleasurable for you to do business with us. We want to offer you all the advice you need to book your trip. We want to speak to you in your own language, we want to understand your wishes and plan the perfect trip for you, and when it comes to booking your trip, we want to give you the ability to pay in your own currency by credit card or to our bank accounts in Europe. We want to make it as easy as possible for you, and we want to win your confidence.

We have travelled extensively throughout Colombia, if we suggest you would like a certain destination, be reassured that we have been there dozens of times, that we know the local hotel owners personally, that we know the guides personally and that we have great working relationships with all of the people that you will encounter on your trip.

We want to be your number one choice for travel in Colombia, we know that you will tell your friends all about your trip, that’s why we go the extra mile to make sure you tell your friends that The Colombian Way provided you with a great experience.
