Where to leave a review?
A travel company’s reputation is decided by you the traveller. Future travellers want to know about previous travellers’ experiences when planning their own trips. Client generated review content is key to helping others make informed choices.
Want to share your thoughts with other travellers. Here are some options.
On our website
Every day trip in our tour store has the option to leave a review. The bottom tab on each tour page is a review section and you can leave reviews without being logged in to our site.
Our online booking pages are schema.org compliant and Google is able to parse these reviews. Aside from your opinion being available on our website, Google presents aggregate review scores in search results.
If you have undertaken a round trip and you wish to leave reviews on our website, we will gladly send you links to the applicable tours that were included in your trip.
On our Google business profile
Like to tell Google users what your experience was? Then leave a review of our company on our Google business profile. The great thing about Google reviews is you can specifically review our business, any aspect of your experience is valid, the guides, the transfers, any of our tours, your experience with our salespeople. You can also upload your travel photos to our profile for others to see.
On Tripadvisor
We know that our clients love Tripadvisor and rely on the views of the Tripadvisor community. The Tripadvisor platform however has strict rules about which tours and activities can be added to their site. A tour has to have a scheduled outing and the business has to be registered in the same city as the tour. The Colombian Way only offers privately organised tours, extended multi-destination custom round trips cannot be added to Tripadvisor, it is not possible to leave a review of our company on any Tripadvisor business profile.

Other options
The options above are the most obvious and visible ones. Notwithstanding there are a vast number of forums dedicated to travel discussions, there are other review sites that you might prefer, and some clients even run personal blogs where they share their thoughts.
