City tours
How much your city tour costs is going to depend partly on which city you are in. Some cities offer very accessible city tours at a great price. A city tour in Cartagena is a must and it also happens to be the most economical. Also on the Caribbean coast, Santa Marta is not far behind in terms of a great value for money. Nature

Beaches
